Robert Plant News: Robert Plant/ Alison Krauss set new summer dates!

The new set of dates runs from July 7-19, kicking off in Dallas, TX, Robert Plant/Allison Krause Tickets at NOKIA live at Grand Prairie, as the pair supplements a schedule that is set to roll April 19 in Louisville, KY, Raising Sand World Tour, with a grand total of 31 cities on the schedule.

Sandwiched between the first two legs of the US outing, the pair will tackle a 12-date run through Europe and the UK in May. The two singers will be backed by a full band led by "Raising Sand" producer T-Bone Burnett during the trek, with Plant and Krauss performing selections from their joint album, along with material from their respective catalogs.

Released last October, "Raising Sand" debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 album chart. The set spawned the cut "Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On)," which scored Plant and Krauss a Grammy in the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals category in February.

On April 11, Country Music Television (CMT) will air a preview of Plant and Krauss' upcoming tour in the form of a special dubbed "CMT Crossroads: Robert Plant and Alison Krauss," which will feature performances of several songs from "Raising Sand."
