More Talks of a Led Zeppelin Tour Marking the 40th Anniversary of the Band

LED ZEPPELIN are in talks to reform for a final world tour after the success of their December reunion show.

The rock legends, who have sold more than 300million albums, believe it could be the perfect way to mark the 40th anniversary of the band's formation.

The gigs could make each of them up to £10million.

Singer Robert Plant, 59, was opposed to the tour but has been talked round by bandmates Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones.

Yesterday, their pal Whitesnake frontman David Coverdale confirmed that the tour is "very likely".

He said: "I'm expecting a call from Jimmy any day asking my band to support them on their world tour."
